Terms & Conditions

 

By registering your interest with ILS Aotearoa, you agree to the following terms:

Enrolment and Placement

  • A short placement chat is held before confirming your registration to ensure each learner is placed correctly.

  • Returning students are not asked to repeat basics. If a gap exists, this will be assessed and a pathway to accurate placement will be designed and recommended.

Fees

  • Senior, Adults and new Muslim classes with Hafiz Aslam: $15 per week.

  • Junior classes with Ustadhah Aneesah: $10 per week.

  • Fees are paid by direct credit only, after placement is confirmed.

  • Our invoicing will contain further information in this regard.

Missed Classes and Top-Ups

  • Notes and tasks will still be provided if a class is missed.

  • Missing classes for any reason does not entitle the registrant / guardian to a refund / credit.

  • Teachers will endeavour to assist in catching but this is solely based on their availability to accommodate the learner. This is not a given that it will occur.

  • Credits can be discussed in reasonable cases if a learner stops.

Conduct

  • Students are expected to attend on time, participate respectfully, and follow class guidance.

  • Any student who is found in breach of conduct which would otherwise be deemed disruptive, disrespectful and tarnishing the decorum of the class environment, will be removed from the online session with the relevant teacher. This removal will not entitle the registrant / guardian for a refund / credit.

  • Parents and guardians are expected to support the learning process at home, both during class sessions and afterwards. 

  • Whilst the teacher will do their level best, it is not the teacher's responsibility to ensure that the student remains focused or at their device for the duration of the class.

Communication

  • Updates about classes, fees, or changes will be sent to the contact details provided at registration.

  • Please inform us promptly if your details change.
